Order information: delivery address provided by the user, order contents, and order status.
Location data: used only to help users select a delivery address on the map. The application does not track users in the background and does not perform real-time location tracking.
Profile picture: an optional profile image selected by the user, which is uploaded to and stored on our servers.
Technical information: device type, application version, and network status to ensure service stability.
2. How We Use Information
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
To register users and provide secure account access;
To process and manage orders and deliveries;
To allow users to select a delivery address on the map;
To send important service-related and order status notifications;
To improve service quality and resolve technical issues.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or disclose users’ personal data to third parties.
Data may be shared only in the following limited cases:
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for sending push notifications;
When required by law or requested by authorized government authorities;
When necessary to protect the security of the platform and its users.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is stored while the user account remains active.
After account deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 90 days.

10. Weighted Products and Price Adjustment
Some products available in YR Express are sold by weight (kilogram-based products).
Please note: • The final price of such products may vary depending on the actual measured weight at the time of preparation and delivery. • The weight indicated in the application is approximate and may differ slightly (+/-). • The total order amount will be adjusted according to the final confirmed weight. • Users are informed of the final price before or at the time of delivery confirmation.
YR Express ensures transparency and fair pricing in all weight-based transactions.
1. To‘planadigan ma’lumotlar
Biz platformadan foydalanish jarayonida quyidagi ma’lumotlarni to‘plashimiz mumkin:
Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish ma’lumotlari: telefon raqami (SMS tasdiqlash kodi orqali akkauntga kirish uchun).
Buyurtma ma’lumotlari: foydalanuvchi kiritgan yetkazib berish manzili, buyurtma tarkibi va buyurtma holati.
Lokatsiya ma’lumotlari: xaritada yetkazib berish manzilini tanlashni qulaylashtiqish uchun. Ilova fon rejimida lokatsiyani olmaydi va foydalanuvchini doimiy kuzatmaydi.
Profil rasmi: foydalanuvchi ixtiyoriy ravishda tanlagan profil rasmi serverga yuklanadi va akkauntda saqlanadi.
Texnik ma’lumotlar: qurilma turi, ilova versiyasi va internet holati (xizmat barqarorligini ta’minlash uchun).
2. Ma’lumotlardan foydalanish maqsadi
To‘plangan ma’lumotlar quyidagi maqsadlarda ishlatiladi:
Foydalanuvchini platformada ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish va akkauntga kirishni ta’minlash;
Buyurtmalarni qabul qilish va yetkazib berishni tashkil etish;
Yetkazib berish manzilini xaritada aniqlash;
Buyurtma holati va xizmatga oid muhim xabarnomalarni yuborish;
Texnik nosozliklarni aniqlash va xizmat sifatini yaxshilash.
3. Ma’lumotlarni uchinchi tomon bilan ulashish
Biz foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy ma’lumotlarini uchinchi shaxslarga sotmaymiz va oshkor qilmaymiz.

Akkaunt o‘chirilgandan so‘ng, ma’lumotlar 90 kun ichida tizimdan butunlay o‘chirib tashlanadi.
5. Foydalanuvchi huquqlari
Foydalanuvchi quyidagi huquqlarga ega:
Shaxsiy ma’lumotlarini ko‘rish va yangilash;
Akkaunt va shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni o‘chirishni so‘rash;
Xabarnomalarni o‘chirish yoki cheklash;
Ma’lumotlar qanday ishlatilayotgani haqida ma’lumot olish.
6. Xavfsizlik choralarimiz
Biz foydalanuvchi ma’lumotlarini himoya qilish uchun quyidagi choralarni ko‘ramiz:
Ma’lumotlarni uzatishda shifrlash (HTTPS/SSL);
Serverlarga cheklangan va nazorat qilinadigan kirish;
Xavfsizlik talablariga rioya qilish.
7. Bolalar maxfiyligi
YR Express platformasi 16 yoshdan kichik foydalanuvchilar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan.
Agar voyaga yetmagan shaxsga oid ma’lumotlar aniqlansa, ular darhol o‘chirib tashlanadi.
8. Siyosatdagi o‘zgarishlar
Ushbu maxfiylik siyosati vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanib borilishi mumkin.
Yangi tahrir platformada e’lon qilingan kundan boshlab kuchga kiradi.

10. Kilogram asosida sotiladigan mahsulotlar
YR Express platformasida ayrim mahsulotlar kilogram (vazn) asosida sotiladi.
Shuni ma’lum qilamizki: • Bunday mahsulotlarning yakuniy narxi tayyorlash va yetkazib berish vaqtida aniqlangan haqiqiy vazniga qarab o‘zgarishi mumkin. • Ilovada ko‘rsatilgan vazn taxminiy bo‘lib, kichik farq (+/-) bo‘lishi mumkin. • Buyurtmaning umumiy summasi yakuniy tasdiqlangan vaznga muvofiq qayta hisoblanadi. • Foydalanuvchi yakuniy narx haqida yetkazib berishdan oldin yoki yetkazib berish vaqtida xabardor qilinadi.
YR Express vazn asosida sotiladigan mahsulotlarda shaffoflik va adolatli narx siyosatini ta’minlaydi.
